Privacy Statement

The Privacy Statement is simple. We will not use any of your personal details for anything other than verifying who you are. You will receive one email from us when you first sign up containing a verification code to prevent spammers signing up with fake email addresses. After that you will recieve nothing else unless you fill out the forgotten password form, email us and we reply or the settings in your profile on the forum are set to allow this. All passwords are encrypted using the MD5 algorithm and cannot be retrieved by us or anyone else.

Acceptable Use

Spamming the sites or forums is considered unacceptable. This includes the use of Bots making posts, blatent advertising of something that has noting to do with real ale without permission, the posting of lots of spam links that are an attempt to increase traffic and SEO rank of a site.
Creation of multiple accounts in order to abuse personal forum profiles to have links to sites to do with pornography and drugs etc is also prohibited.
Spammers will be reported to their ISP's and web server providers.
