It's been a couple of years since I was living in Bristol but this pub stands out as one of my favourites in the city. Not sure how much it has changed in the meantime.
I remember it being a very quiet, cosy pub with around 8 real ales available at any one time. Abbey Ale's Bellringer was always on offer and they had a very nice rotating selection of local beers that changed often. Nice selection of bottled imports too.
A nice place to stop off for a quiet chat with one or two mates. Not really suitable for big groups or a high energy night out.
